THE UNIVERSE AND THE SOLAR SYSTEM

In the Solar System we can find:
- comets
- planets
- satellites
- stars



In the Solar System there is one star (The Sun) and the planets:

The satellite of the Earth is The Moon.

The Earth can move in two different ways:
- It orbits: around The Sun. 365 days or 1 year. It is called translation.
- It rotates: around itself. 24 hours or 1 day. It is called rotation.
